To try and explain my thoughts on the paranormal may be difficult, but I will try.  Like with my stories, you as the reader will decide to believe them or not - with this you will agree - or you won't, either way that is fine with me, we all have our thoughts, feelings and ideas. I guess that is part of what makes the subject so interesting.

To be able to discuss the topic with fellow enthusiasts is most certainly a part of the hobby, so with that said, I'd love to hear from you about any page of this site. Please send questions or comments to my email or Twitter page. I will answer as soon as possible and if you'd like, include it on my webpage.

So, what do I believe?

I do not remember what my first paranormal experience was and I am sure there are some I have forgotten or not even known that I have had one.  I guess one way I could put it is that I believe what I see/experience. That is not to say that everyone else is wrong, but for some people seeing is believing. I do think that the things I have written about on this site are completely paranormal in nature and not totaly explainable and not only that, the ghosts or spirits have been intelligent in some way and been able to communicate as well as me having experiences that have been more on the residual side of things - like an echo or recording you might say.

Is there life after death?

I hope so although, obviously I cannot say for certain.  The way I see it is that there has to be some sort of existence after we die, I am not sure on Heaven or Hell as such but if nothing exists after we die, then how do we experience the paranormal things that we all talk about? Especially with experiences including communication.  I think most of us who have looked for it have heard a voice, and some others have even had responces to questions, have been touched or attacked, seen apparitions with both the naked eye and cameras, voices in your ear and on recorder, objects moving without appaent force! There MUST be something after death!

Mediums and Psychics.

This is a tricky one in some areas but a very interesting subject. Again, I believe what I see and sometimes, not.  Sadly, there are many people who are out there to rip off some poor person who is recently grieving, who prey on the weak and vunerable - those who yearn to hear from a recently passed loved one. Basically, con artists who I feel are right near the bottom of the very low list.

That  being said, I also feel that there are people out there who do have a 'gift' for communicating with those who have passed.  Personally i have only been to a medium once and this particular event was, what I feel, to be included on the lowest of the low list.  Absolutely everything she said was so far from anything in my life it was unreal!  All she did was shuffle about with standard playing cards,  verbally speak old fashioned names - I assume hoping to say one that might have meaning in  my life and throw out things like "in 7 of time", "an old man/woman with grey hair" (we all have some of those in our lives) and be generally VERY vague on what she was saying.  I assume when she saw I was not overly impressed she would start to claim that the 'connection' is very weak and 'they are struggling to come through' etc.  To be fair, I could be totally wrong about this particular person, she may have been struggling with the connection but after rattling off 15 or 20 different names both male and female WITHOUT saying a single one connected to me, I feel that she was not completely genuine.

However, there is a story you can read on my wife and mother-in-law's experience with a medium, which in actual fact, turned out to be about me even though I wasn't there! So in some respects because of my wifes experiences, I do believe in mediums and psychics - but not all of them!

Now you have read a little of what I think, why don't you send your questions and comments to me?  I will always answer as soon as I can.
